Comprehensive Sensor Integration

The H960 serves as a key component of the CHCNAV monitoring solution, acting as a secure and efficient data hub that collects, stores, and transmits data from a multitude of sensors. The system features a 16-channel acquisition capability compatible with vibrating wire, differential resistance, current, voltage, switch, and digital signals. This broad compatibility allows for the seamless connection of diverse instruments, including piezometers, inclinometers, rain gauges, and crack meters, making it suitable for complex monitoring environments where multiple data types are required.

Resilient Outdoor Performance

Built to withstand harsh environmental factors, the H960 is housed in an IP67-rated enclosure that offers protection against dust, high humidity, and water ingress. The unit features full-interface lightning and surge protection, ensuring operational continuity in areas prone to electrical storms. Its integrated design eliminates the need for external protective cabinets, facilitating direct outdoor installation and reducing deployment costs.

Autonomous Operation and Connectivity

Designed for sites where consistent power and network access may be limited, the H960 incorporates an ultra-low power consumption architecture (less than 0.3 W in standby). It features an integrated power system supporting solar input and a high-capacity internal battery capable of over 15 days of operation without sunlight.

Data transmission is handled through a dual-mode communication system offering both 4G wireless and RJ45 Ethernet connectivity. The device supports automatic breakpoint resumption, ensuring that data stored in its 32 MB internal memory (capable of holding over 1.5 million records) is securely transmitted once network stability is restored.

Diverse Application Scenarios

The H960’s adaptable design makes it an effective tool for a variety of monitoring sectors, including:

•    Mining safety for open-pit and tailings dam stability.
•    Water conservancy for reservoir and dam monitoring.
•    Geological hazard capabilities for landslide detection.
•    Infrastructure management for transport and construction projects
