Landstar Field Survey App User Agreement

LandStar is a modular, customizable Android GNSS Field Survey App developed for the Android system.

It integrates practical surveying, stakeout and GIS functions used in a variety of industries.

▪ We reserve the right to change, suspend, limit, terminate or withdraw all or any part of the LandStar

content and functionality at any time without notice.

▪ We reserve the right to cease transmission or use of any content that violates any law, regulation, or

this Agreement, and to take legal action against any violators.

To use LandStar, you must register for an account and provide personal information. You may cancel

your account at any time in accordance with LandStar's instructions and the terms of this Agreement.

Users are obligated to:

▪ Ensure the authenticity, legality and validity of registration information.

▪ Refrain from impersonating others, using LandStar on behalf of others, or violating any laws or

regulations.

▪ Maintain the confidentiality of registration information, prevent unauthorized access, and accept

responsibility for all operations under their LandStar account.

▪ Acknowledge that CHCNAV has the right to use the registration and contact information provided to

promote LandStar products and services. However, CHCNAV shall not disclose any personal

information to any third party.

▪ Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and standards, demonstrate respect for the legitimate

rights and interests of all users, and abide by all provisions set forth in LandStar.

▪ Do not use LandStar for any unlawful purpose and to transmit illegal content.

▪ Comply with all agreements, regulations, and procedures associated with LandStar. Do not use

LandStar for any actions detrimental to CHCNAV.

Users bear responsibility for all content published on LandStar. CHCNAV provides no guarantees

concerning the content of LandStar.

When using LandStar, strict compliance with laws, regulations, and the terms of this Agreement is

imperative to prevent CHCNAV from facing complaints or lawsuits from third parties. Users assume

responsibility for all resulting losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including, but not limited

to, attorneys' fees):

▪ Your use of LandStar.

▪ Your control of CHCNAV hardware via LandStar.

▪ Your user content.

▪ Your breach of this Agreement.

Users agree not to unilaterally settle any lawsuits against third parties that may be initiated jointly by

the User and CHCNAV without CHCNAV's written consent.

▪ In no event shall CHCNAV be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special or

exemplary damages, including lost profits, arising out of the use of LandStar. In particular, the risk of

damage to computer systems or mobile communication device databases resulting from access to

and use of LandStar is solely the responsibility of the user.

▪ Any content posted by users on LandStar or any actions that control CHCNAV hardware through

LandStar do not represent or reflect the views or policies of CHCNAV, and CHCNAV assumes no

responsibility for such content or actions.

▪ Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, CHCNAV's liability to you, regardless of

the cause or nature of the action, shall not exceed the fees, if any, paid to CHCNAV for the use of

LandStar during the registration period.

CHCNAV shall have no legal responsibility in the following circumstances:

▪ Monitoring, collecting and providing your personal information in accordance with legal

requirements or requests from relevant government authorities.

▪ Leakage of personal information due to your improper use or other personal reasons.

▪ Service interruption or failure to meet user requirements due to reasons such as hacking, virus

intrusion, blocking of illegal content information, blocking of harassing messages, government

control, and other reasons related to networks, technology, communication lines, information

security management measures, etc.

▪ Losses incurred by users due to third party communication line failures, technical problems, network

failures, computer failures, system instability, and other losses due to force majeure.

▪ Risks arising from possible anonymous or impersonated messages containing threats, defamation,

offensive or illegal content.

All content provided in connection with LandStar's products and services, including but not limited to

text, graphics, audio, video, software, programs, scripts, and other information, is protected by

intellectual property, trademark, and patent laws and regulations. Users shall not unlawfully infringe

any such rights while using LandStar.

CHCNAV logos, product and service names, images, graphics, etc. associated with LandStar are

protected by copyright, trademark and other legal means. Users may not display, use, or otherwise deal

with the above content in any way without the prior written consent of CHCNAV. Any entity or

individual is prohibited from using, copying, modifying, distributing, transcribing, or bundling this

trademark in any way or for any reason without CHCNAV's permission.

Users are not authorized to reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or reverse compile LandStar.

In order to enhance the user experience, CHCNAV has the right to temporarily or permanently modify

or discontinue the LandStar Services (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice to users.

Users acknowledge and accept CHCNAV's right to modify or discontinue LandStarservices, and CHCNAV

shall not be liable to Users or any third party for such actions.

User's acceptance of this Agreement voluntarily binds User to all its terms and conditions, including

acceptance of any changes CHCNAV may make to any of its terms and conditions at any time. This

Agreement may be updated by CHCNAV at any time, and once the updated terms are posted, they will

supersede the original terms without further notice. Users may review the most current version of the

Terms on the CHCNAV Knowledge Base (support.chcnav.com). After CHCNAV modifies the relevant

terms of this Agreement, users who do not accept the modified terms should immediately cease using

LandStar. Users' continued use of LandStar will be deemed acceptance of the modified Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

If any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such

provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other

provision of this Agreement.

The rights of interpretation and revision of this Agreement are vested in CHCNAV.
